2. Terms of Service & Booking

• Service Delivery: Aligned Path Tarot provides personalised tarot readings. Unless otherwise stated on the service description, all readings are prepared individually and delivered digitally via email to the address provided during booking.

• Delivery Window: Standard digital readings are typically delivered within 24–48 hours of cleared payment, subject to volume and business hours. If an unexpected delay occurs, we will contact you immediately via email.

• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide a valid email address and accurate intake details during checkout to ensure the successful delivery of your service.

3. Intellectual Property

• All original content featured on this website—including written text, reading layouts, graphics, branding, logos, and the specific text of your delivered reading PDF or email—is the intellectual property of Aligned Path Tarot and is protected under Australian copyright laws.

• Unauthorised reproduction, resale, redistribution, or public sharing of your private reading text for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Payment Terms: Full payment is required via our secure payment gateway (Stripe) before any reading is scheduled, prepared, or delivered.

• Change of Mind & Progress Policy: Due to the bespoke, highly personalised nature of digital tarot readings, work on your reading often begins shortly after payment is received.

  • Before Work Begins: If you request a cancellation before your reading has been started, a refund may be issued minus any non-refundable payment processing fees.

  • After Work Begins/Delivered: Once a reading has been prepared or delivered to your inbox, no refunds will be granted for a change of mind, dissatisfaction with the cards drawn, or spiritual disagreement with the guidance.

• Consumer Guarantees: Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) regarding a major failure of service delivery.

5. Privacy Policy & Data Protection

Your information is strictly confidential.
